Super Walls street art travels on Padua’s public transportation system

While waiting for the official start of the Street Art Biennial, Super Walls 2025 has already begun to make its mark … on public transportation. Thanks to a collaboration with APS Holding and Busitalia Veneto, a streetcar and two city buses have come to life with the works of Italian and international street artists, bringing art literally on the move through the streets of Padua.

For the first time, a city streetcar has been transformed into an immersive art installation, with walls, floor and ceiling covered with an unprecedented visual gallery. On board, passengers can admire works from past editions of the festival, signed by artists such as Bagdad, Gloar, La Crémerie, Peeta, Psiko, Yama, Boogie.EAD, Nina Valkhoff, Roulé, Alessandra Carloni, Alessio-B, Anna Conda, Mya and Shife.

To complete the initiative, two city buses were decorated with original creations by artists Orion and Mrfijodor, who were featured in the 2025 edition. Their works make the vehicles true mobile murals, bringing street art into the urban everyday, engaging citizens and travelers.

This preview represents a concrete extension of Super Walls’ philosophy: to make the city a widespread, accessible, living art gallery in continuous dialogue with the territory. Urban art abandons static walls and gets on wheels, reaching every corner of the city and meeting the public in its everyday life.
